V- This business idea is valuable because it positively impacts many groups. It has a positive impact of incoming students living in dorms and also the university. If the dorms are renovated more incoming students will want to live in dorms, which will create more revenue for the school.

R- This is rare because newly renovated dorms on campus are very rare to be able to live in especially for first year students, but if all of the dorms are renovated more students will be inclined to live on campus.

I-This business idea is inimitable because no other apartment or dorm complexes around Gainesville can say they are directly on campus, so if the university renovates their dorms they can have nice living conditions for students and be on campus. This is something only the university can achieve.

N-This is non-substitutable because this is one of the least expensive ways to live on campus because apartments that are close to campus are extremely expensive.

Most important resource:
The value is my most important resource. These renovations would be extremely valuable to the university and students. If the university decided to take on this task it would help the school generate more business in the housing department and help the students living in dorms to be more comfortable.
