One specific time I failed this semester was when I did not check canvas over spring break and missed an assignment that I thought was due a week later. This was very upsetting because I have always been a very good student when it comes to completing assignments on time, but there was nothing I could do about it at this point. I learned that it was just a mistake and not to be too hard on myself because I am a student who normally gets my work done on time.
I usually do not handle failure very well because I always think that maybe I could have done more to prepare of ready myself and that is way I failed. So, in general I take failure seriously and try to learn from it. I also think this class has taught me to take more risks because you have to take risks to achieve your goals in some cases. I think this class has had a positive impact on me because it has encouraged me to take risks.
