1.) The main theme of this book is about a completely new business model that targets customers in a way that meets every customer needs in specific ways.
2.) This book allowed me to connect the dots in regards to what we have been learning all year. This book is applying some of the things we have learned so far and has allowed me to actual see these topics being applied.
3.)If I had to design an exercise for this class based on this book it would be a series of questions that include different market conditions and the students job is to predict where the market will go next.
4.) What surprised me the most after reading this book was the impact it had on not only the business world, but also each customer. This changed so much of how the business world works and after reading this is made me realize just how big the impact was on society.
Madelyn, good work finishing this assignment. You obviously got something out of the reading which is not as common as you might think. Heck, I would venture a guess that a lot of people don’t even read these books and just try to fake it as best they can, to varying degrees of success, of course. My only critique is that you didn’t mention which book you read which is an easy mistake to make, I think I did that same thing on a previous reading reflection.
ReplyDeleteHi Madelyn! This book sounds like it was very insightful and inspiring to the reader. I think the exercise you designed based on this book was really helpful for a class like this one where we learn about entrepreneurship and how to identify and address different markets. I'm glad you were able to really grasp the point the author was trying to make and saw how big of an affect the business world has on society as a whole. Great job!
