Since my business idea is the renovation of dorms at the University of Florida, my exit strategy will take place when all the outdated facilities are rebuilt or renovated. So, I plan to stay involved in this venture until this process has been completed. I have chosen this specific exit strategy because I want to ensure that this project gets completed. I do not want to start this project then exit too early and it no be completed because all of my hard work would go to waste, and the goal would never be completed. After thinking about my exit strategy, it made me want to start the process as soon as possible. I realized this was going to be an extremely time-consuming process and the sooner I get started the sooner these new buildings can be built and the students staying in them can be safer and more comfortable in their new surroundings. So, the sooner this venture begins the sooner we can make this happen.
